Problem
Your scheduled irrigation did not start at the expected time.
1. Check Water Supply
Make sure the main water supply valve is open. If there is no water pressure, the solenoid valves cannot operate even if the controller sends the signal.
2. Check Power / Battery
- 24V models: Verify that the power adapter is plugged in and the outlet is working.
- 9V BLT models: Replace the batteries if they are low. The app will show a low battery warning when levels are critical.
3. Smart Weather Cancellation
If Smart Irrigation is enabled, the system may have automatically skipped the schedule due to recent or forecasted rain. Check the Irrigation History in the app — cancelled events are marked with a rain icon and the reason is displayed.
4. Schedule Configuration
Open the Schedules tab and verify that:
- The schedule is toggled ON.
- The correct days are selected.
- The start time is set correctly (check AM/PM).
- At least one zone is assigned a duration greater than zero.
5. Device Connectivity
If the device is offline, remotely created schedules may not have synced. Check the device status in the app and refer to the LED indicator guide for troubleshooting.
