Irrigation Plans Not Showing on the Home Screen

Problem

You created irrigation schedules on your device, but they are not visible on the app's home screen.

Possible Causes & Solutions

1. App Needs Refreshing

Pull down on the home screen to refresh the device data. Sometimes the app needs a manual refresh to sync with the latest changes.

2. Schedule Is Disabled

Check the Schedules tab. If the toggle next to your schedule is turned off, it will not appear as an upcoming event on the home screen. Turn it on to re-enable it.

3. Zones Are Deactivated

Go to Settings → Zone Management and make sure the zones included in your schedule are active. Disabled zones will prevent their schedules from displaying.

4. Connection Issue

If the device shows as "Offline" in the app, schedules cannot sync. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection and make sure the device LED indicates a normal status (solid green).

5. App Version

Make sure you are running the latest version of the Grungard app. Outdated versions may have display issues that have been fixed in newer releases.
