Problem
You are unable to log in to the Grungard app or the SMS verification code is not arriving.
1. Check Your Phone Number
Make sure you are entering your phone number without the leading zero and with the correct country code. The system uses your phone number as your unique identifier.
2. SMS Not Arriving
- Wait at least 60 seconds — delivery can sometimes be delayed.
- Check your phone's spam/blocked messages folder.
- Make sure your phone has cellular signal (SMS does not work over Wi-Fi alone).
- If you have a dual-SIM phone, verify which SIM is set as the default for receiving SMS.
3. Too Many Attempts
For security, the system limits the number of verification codes you can request. If you have tried multiple times, wait 15 minutes before requesting a new code.
4. Still Not Working
If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team with your phone number and a description of the problem. We can verify your account status and assist with manual activation if needed.
